Nancy Samson Canada
Nancy graduated in 1989 from the Quebec Tourism and Hospitality Institute in Pastry and Chocolate-making. She began her apprenticeship at the Jasper Park Lodge in Western Canada. She has been teaching the pastry and chocolate craft at the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Bel-Avenir at the School Board of Trois-Rivières. Today, she runs her own chocolate boutique, Samson Chocolaterie Artisanale. In 1996, Nancy became the first female member of the Chocolate Ambassador’s Club, Cacao Barry Team.
