Denmark - selection for the World Chocolate Masters

Since 1999 Palle has worked as a chef at Schweizerbageriet, Hjertebageriet, Harlev bageriet and Langenæsbageriet. He has also won a number of awards and competitions, and competed in Italy and Germany. He will not give in until he becomes number one!
