German selection for the World Chocolate Masters

By participating in the German Chocolate Masters the confectioner from Cologne wanted to challenge herself and to gather further experience in competitions.

In an exciting contest she convinced the jury by her outstanding creations. Her chocolate showpiece was quite an inspiration by an excellent interpretation of the contest theme and her technical skills. Further more Janas dessert was delicious in taste and a great composition.
For the World Chocolate Masters in Paris we give our support to Jana and wish her all the best.
