1996- 2000 Asgeir was Pastry Chef at Lars Hjort Konditori in EUC Ringsted, Copenhagen.Later in 2000 he started Sandholt Bakery in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Asgeir has won a number of awards and competions in Denmark and Iceland, and is very happy to be in the final in Paris, and get a chance to learn more about the Chocolate World!
