Andrea Slitti Italy
A true chocolate gourmet, Andrea
Slitti is gaining recognition as the Armani of the chocolate
world. He has won many awards including that of best
chocolate-maker in Italy in 2008. His stunning creations have
pushed the boundaries of chocolate making. Today, he runs the
family owned business "Torrefazione di Caffè", where he combines
his knowledge of coffee beans with the art and craft of chocolate
making. Andrea recently opened three new stores in Beijing, China
and one in Port Fairy, Australia. Over the years, Andrea has won
several competition titles, like the "Grand Prix International de
la Chocolaterie" in Paris in 1994 and Gold Medal at the Gastronomic
Olympic Games in Berlin.
