Roni Merz Switzerland
Roni Merz began his apprenticeship as a confectioner and chocolatier at Confiserie Merz in Chur.
Always eager to learn more, he trained at the famous « Fachschule
Richemont » in Lucerne. Today, he Roni is CEO of the Merz Group. He
has won the Marktkieker prize (European pastry of the year) and the
Richemont innovation prize.
