Erick Chen Taiwan

Erick Chen works as a Pastry teacher at the Chinese Culture University & the bureau of employment and vocational training. He has been jury member at several competitions such as: Japan Gateaux Association, Taiwan Formosa Chefs Association. He also worked as a Pastry Chef in The Grand Formosa hotel. He is currently working as corporate executive chef in the Westin Hotel.

2004, Jury member at the Japan Marble Bread Contest
2008, Contestant at the Baker Masters World Cup
2008 - 2010, Jury member at the Pineapple Pastry Fair, Taipei
2010, International Food & Hotel Asia, named Champion Winner
2010, International Food & Hotel Asia, Awarded third place
