Erick Chen Taiwan
Erick Chen works as a Pastry teacher at the Chinese Culture University & the bureau of employment and vocational training. He has been jury member at several competitions such as: Japan Gateaux Association, Taiwan Formosa Chefs Association. He also worked as a Pastry Chef in The Grand Formosa hotel. He is currently working as corporate executive chef in the Westin Hotel.
