Alex Seleznev Russia

Alexander Seleznev studied at the Moscow Culinary Institute, where he was named Student of the Year several times. In 2004, he opened the Pâtisserie Seleznyoff in Moscow where as Chief Director; he creates and develops the most acclaimed cakes, pastries, desserts and tarts in Moscow. He has written books on Russian cuisine and he runs his own culinary TV programmes as well as appearing as celebrity chef on Russian TV channels. He took part in La Maison du Chocolat show as a chef designer of a chocolate dress.
