Professional experience
Current position : Trainer at Castalimenti professional institute
in Brescia.
Carmelo Sciampagna worked in different pastry shops since he was
14 years old.
After taking his diploma in “Hotel and Catering Services” Carmelo
met a professional chef who offered to him the possibility to
experience the hard and captivating world of working in luxury and
prestigious hotel groups like Sol Melià.
For six years he worked in different countries (Thailand, Malesya,
Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic). After one year work in Spain
he decided to come back to Italy to attend a professional institute
(Castalimenti in Brescia), where he has been working as trainer to
improve and refine his skills.
Motivation
My dream? Winning the World Chocolate Masters of course..!
And participate in other prestigious competitions afterwards.
