The basic structure of the showpiece consists of several elements that refer to Quetzalcoatl and appear in the form of the feathered snake. On one side the snake's body is carved by hand. The pyramid represents the Aztec temple, a sacred place of worship for the Aztec and Mayan population. The flowers represent the cocoa tree flowers. Above the cube, decorative elements are painted by hand like the quetzal – the bird, and the Quetzalcoatl – the man.
