QUETZALCOATL’S FAVOURITE SPOT
After returning from an extended flight, Quetzalcoatl lands on his favourite spot. He winds himself through a wooden ring, perches on the cocoa tree, and with his feathered head, overlooks the world go by. The mysterious tree bares buds, blossoms and fruits, all at once. On the mahogany-like base, a Mexican god grabs our attention; the metallic looking arch with the golden screws symbolises the large bridge between Quetzalcoatl's fantastic gift to humanity and today's chocolate delicacies across the world.
