Palle Sørensen

My inspiration for the showpiece is the alluring nature of South America, with its trees, rocks, the flora and fauna of the jungle. The snake, with its fine features and slithering seamless movement, is another unmistakable feature of the jungle, a symbol of lust as well as the symbol of Quetzalcoatl, who introduced the cocoa bean to the Aztecs. He was unfortunately tricked and lost his kingdom but attempted to regain it by disguising himself as a snake. Join me on a fantastic adventure in the universe of South America among trees, bark, rocks, Aztecs, snakes, cocoa beans and mushrooms.
