This is the junior version of the worlds premium international
culinary competition, devoted solely to the creative use of
chocolate in all its applications
The Junior World Chocolate Masters will take place
on 4th of September at Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia,
London. It is open to entrants aged between 16-21 on 1st October
2012.
Contestants will be required to produce a showpiece, plated dessert and dipped or moulded praline(x 30). The theme of the competition will be announced shortley and this will need to be reflected in all creations
