Peter Rolaj is an Associate of the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy. Peter received the prestigious title of the “Order of Saint Honoré” in Denmark. He has participated in several national and international competitions and has been a member of the Chocolate Ambassador’s Club, Callebaut Team since 2007. Peter also gives teaches at the Chocolate Academy for Danish customers.
